Facebook currently only support 1080p and less for content on stories. This is the optimized framerate for shooting story content. You will want to convert you 4k video into 1080p for optimized results.
What is the optimized size of videos for Facebook Story Post?
Recommended video dimensions is 1200 x 720 for Landscape and Portrait. Portrait aspect ratio is 9:16 (if video includes link, aspect ratio is 16:9). Max video file size is 4GB. Minimum of 500 x 500 dimensions with a maximum length in video of 15 seconds. Recommended video formats are .MP4 and .MOV.
